TERMS OF SERVICE / BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Enliven the Soul
Last updated: 27 September 2026

These Terms of Service and Booking & Cancellation Policy apply to paid Enliven the Soul sessions and programs, including Possibility in Practice. They set out the practical terms for booking, payment, rescheduling, cancellations, online delivery and use of program materials. By purchasing or participating in a paid Enliven the Soul service, you agree to these terms, together with the current Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

1. Who we are

Enliven the Soul is operated by Laura Pfrunder, sole trader, in Australia.

Contact: connect@enliventhesoul.com

Website: enliventhesoul.com

2. Current offer: Possibility in Practice

Possibility in Practice is a private 1:1 online personal-development program consisting of three Zoom sessions, usually completed across approximately 4–6 weeks.

The current beta continuation offer is AUD $330 paid upfront, or 2 payments of AUD $165 by arrangement. The program may also include guided practices or resources, two structured between-session email check-ins, and a personalised closing summary, as described on the relevant offer page.

The exact content and sequence may be adapted to the client and the work that emerges, while remaining within the scope of Enliven the Soul services described in the Disclaimer.

3. Payment

Full payment is due before the program begins unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.

Where the 2-payment option is arranged, the first payment is due before Session One and the second payment is due on the date agreed in writing. Unless otherwise agreed, the second payment is due before Session Two.

If an agreed payment is overdue, Enliven the Soul may pause further sessions or delivery of program materials until payment is received. There are no automatic renewals or ongoing subscription charges for Possibility in Practice.

Payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider. Card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by Enliven the Soul.

4. Scheduling and program timeframe

Sessions are booked by mutual agreement and are usually spaced across approximately 4–6 weeks. The program should normally be completed within about 6 weeks, but the timeframe may be extended by mutual agreement where circumstances reasonably require it.

The client is responsible for booking or confirming suitable session times and for attending at the agreed time.

5. Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a session.

With at least 24 hours’ notice, a session can usually be moved to another mutually suitable time without an additional fee.

Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered reasonably in light of the circumstances, including genuine emergencies or unexpected events.

6. Late cancellations and no-shows

A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as a used session because the appointment time has been reserved for you.

Enliven the Soul may waive this where there is a genuine emergency or other exceptional circumstance. Any decision will be made reasonably and consistently with applicable consumer law.

7. Late arrival

If you arrive late, the session will normally still finish at the originally scheduled time so that later commitments are not affected. Where practical, Laura may choose to extend or adjust the session, but this cannot be guaranteed.

8. Change of mind, cancellations and refunds

Before the program begins: If you change your mind before Session One, contact Enliven the Soul as soon as possible. A refund request will be considered case by case. Where a refund is agreed, any genuinely non-recoverable third-party payment-processing costs may be deducted only where this is lawful and the cost has actually been incurred.

After the program begins: Once Session One has taken place, fees are generally not refundable for a simple change of mind. If you decide not to continue, Enliven the Soul may consider a credit, transfer of timing, or a refund of an unused portion depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

9. If Enliven the Soul needs to reschedule or cancel

If Laura needs to reschedule a session, reasonable notice will be given where possible and a replacement time will be offered.

If Enliven the Soul is unable to provide a paid session or the remaining program, the parties will discuss an appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling, a credit, or a refund for any unused portion, subject to applicable law.

10. Online sessions and technology

Sessions are delivered online, currently using Zoom or another agreed platform. You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and a reasonably private environment for the session.

If a significant technical problem on Enliven the Soul’s side prevents a session from being delivered, the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

If a client-side technical issue materially prevents attendance or participation, Enliven the Soul will handle the situation reasonably and may apply the rescheduling provisions above.

11. Between-session support

Possibility in Practice includes two structured between-session email check-ins, normally one in each gap between sessions.

This does not include unlimited email coaching, continuous messaging access, urgent support or crisis support. Responses are provided within normal business availability rather than in real time.

12. Client participation and scope

You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, boundaries and wellbeing. Enliven the Soul provides non-clinical personal-development and reflective services, not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

You may pause or stop a session at any time. If something arises that is outside the scope of Enliven the Soul services, you may be encouraged to seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.

Please also read the Enliven the Soul Disclaimer, which forms part of the terms on which services are provided.

13. Confidentiality and recordings

Information shared in sessions and private correspondence is treated as confidential, subject to the Privacy Policy and any disclosure required or authorised by law.

Sessions are not recorded by Enliven the Soul. Clients must not record a session unless Laura Pfrunder and the client have both agreed to the recording in advance.

14. Program materials and intellectual property

Guided practices, written materials, audio resources, worksheets, frameworks and other Enliven the Soul materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.

You may use and print materials for your own participation in the program, but you must not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, license, teach from, upload or share substantial parts of the materials with others without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of your own personal notes, reflections and other material you create.

15. Testimonials and feedback

You may be invited to provide feedback about your experience. Feedback may be used internally to improve the service. Identifying testimonials, quotations or case examples will only be published with separate permission.

16. Consumer rights

Enliven the Soul services come with consumer guarantees that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law, including requirements that services be supplied with due care and skill and, where relevant, be fit for an agreed purpose.

These terms are intended to operate alongside those rights, not replace them. If there is a problem with a service, contact Enliven the Soul so the issue can be considered and an appropriate remedy can be discussed.

17. Ending or pausing the service

Enliven the Soul may pause or end a service where continuing would be inappropriate, unsafe, outside the agreed scope, or where there is serious abusive, threatening or disruptive conduct. Any unused fees will be handled reasonably in light of the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

Where Enliven the Soul ends a program for reasons unrelated to a client breach or conduct, any unused portion will be addressed fairly, which may include a refund, credit or agreed alternative arrangement.

18. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Enliven the Soul’s services, technology, business practices or legal requirements change. The version in effect when you purchase a service will generally apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or is otherwise agreed with you.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer or other laws that apply.

20. Contact

If you have a question about payment, booking, cancellation, rescheduling or these terms, contact connect@enliventhesoul.com before booking where possible.
