Privacy Policy

Enliven the Soul

Last updated: 27 September 2026

Enliven the Soul respects your privacy and aims to handle personal and sensitive information in a clear, careful and transparent way. This policy explains what information may be collected, why it is collected, how it is handled, and the choices available to you.

This policy is intended to support compliance with applicable Australian privacy law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply, and the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (NSW) where health information is collected, held or used in New South Wales.

1. Who we are

Enliven the Soul is operated by Laura Pfrunder, sole trader, in Australia.

Privacy contact: connect@enliventhesoul.com

Website: enliventhesoul.com

2. Who the service is for

Current Enliven the Soul sessions and programs are for adults aged 18 years and over. Enliven the Soul does not currently offer these services to minors.

3. Personal information we may collect

Depending on how you interact with Enliven the Soul, we may collect:

·  your name, email address and other contact details you choose to provide

·  booking information, appointment times and communications about your session or program

·  your responses to booking, intake or reflection questions, including the area of life you want to explore

·  information you voluntarily share during a session, program or correspondence

·  brief session notes made by Laura Pfrunder for continuity of service

·  feedback, survey responses and testimonial permissions

·  billing, transaction and payment-related information where a paid service is offered; card details are generally handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by Enliven the Soul

·  marketing preferences, such as whether you have chosen to receive emails

·  basic technical information generated by the website or embedded services, such as device, browser, IP address, cookie data or platform-generated usage information.

4. Sensitive and health information

Enliven the Soul sessions and programs, including Possibility in Practice, are non-clinical personal-development services and do not require a detailed medical history. However, clients may voluntarily share sensitive information about their health, relationships, finances, beliefs or other private circumstances during a booking, session, program or follow-up communication.

Where information is legally classified as sensitive or health information, Enliven the Soul will only collect, use or disclose it where reasonably necessary for the service and with consent, or where otherwise permitted or required by law.

5. How information is collected

Information may be collected directly from you when you:

·  visit or submit information through the Enliven the Soul website, landing pages or forms

·  enquire about, book or participate in a session or program

·  communicate by email or another agreed channel

·  attend an online session through Zoom or another agreed video platform

·  complete a feedback form, download a resource or join an email list

·  purchase a service or make a payment.

6. Why information is used

We may use personal information to:

·  provide, prepare for and follow up on sessions and programs

·  communicate about appointments, enquiries, resources and service delivery

·  maintain brief continuity notes where this is useful for future sessions

·  administer bookings, payments, feedback and business records

·  improve the clarity, quality and delivery of Enliven the Soul services

·  send marketing or educational emails where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law

·  maintain the security and functionality of the website and business systems

·  meet legal, accounting, insurance, record-keeping or regulatory obligations.

7. Session notes and recordings

Laura Pfrunder may keep brief session notes to support continuity of service. These may include your chosen focus or choice, key words, images or themes that arose, what appeared to resonate for you, and an agreed next step. Notes are intended to be concise and useful rather than a transcript of the session.

Sessions are not recorded by Enliven the Soul. Clients must not record audio or video of a session unless Laura Pfrunder and the client have both agreed to the recording in advance. If recording is introduced in the future, any consent, storage, access and deletion arrangements will be made clear before recording occurs.

8. Confidentiality and disclosure

Information shared in sessions and private correspondence is treated as confidential. Enliven the Soul does not publish or disclose identifying session content except with your consent, where reasonably necessary to provide or administer the service, or where disclosure is required or authorised by law.

Feedback provided about a beta, session or program may be used internally to refine the service. Separate permission will be sought before publishing an identifying testimonial, quotation or case example.

9. Third-party service providers

Enliven the Soul uses third-party platforms to operate the business. Depending on the service you use, these may include:

·  Systeme.io — website, landing pages, forms, checkout and/or email delivery

·  Zoom — online session delivery

·  Zoho Mail — business email

·  Microsoft Forms — feedback or survey collection, where used

·  Stripe and/or Square — payment processing and transaction records, where used.

These providers handle information under their own privacy and security practices. Some providers and their subprocessors may process or store information outside Australia. Because cloud infrastructure and subprocessors can change, it may not be practicable to identify every country in this policy. Current details can be found in the relevant provider’s privacy and subprocessor information. Enliven the Soul will review this section if its technology setup materially changes.

10. Website cookies and tracking

Enliven the Soul does not currently use separately installed advertising or analytics trackers such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics. The website platform and embedded third-party services may nevertheless use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security, checkout, forms, preferences or basic service operation.

You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling some cookies may affect website functionality.

11. Email and marketing communications

If you choose to join an email list, download a resource that includes an email opt-in, or otherwise consent to receive marketing communications, Enliven the Soul may send relevant updates, resources or offers.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option in the message or by contacting connect@enliventhesoul.com. Transactional messages relating to a booking, purchase or service may still be sent where necessary.

12. Storage, security and retention

Enliven the Soul takes reasonable steps to protect personal and sensitive information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Current measures include password-protected devices and accounts, use of reputable service providers, and limiting the information retained to what is reasonably useful or necessary.

Brief session notes are currently stored on a password-protected laptop. Personal information is retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate business administration, or as required by law. Where applicable law prescribes a minimum retention period for health information or other records, Enliven the Soul will retain the relevant information for that period. When information is no longer required and may lawfully be disposed of, reasonable steps will be taken to delete, destroy or de-identify it.

No internet, cloud or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a data breach occurs, Enliven the Soul will respond in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

13. Access and correction

You may ask what personal information Enliven the Soul holds about you and request access to or correction of that information. Contact connect@enliventhesoul.com with enough detail to identify the relevant information. Identity may need to be verified before access is provided.

There may be limited circumstances where access can lawfully be refused or restricted. If that occurs, the reason will be explained where required by law.

14. Privacy questions and complaints

If you have a privacy question, concern or complaint, contact connect@enliventhesoul.com. Enliven the Soul will take reasonable steps to understand the issue and respond within a reasonable time.

If you remain dissatisfied, depending on the information involved and the law that applies, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or the Information and Privacy Commission NSW (IPC NSW).

15. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the business, services, technology or legal requirements change. The current version will be published with its latest update date.
